1. Do I have to choose a Custom License Plate from the
display on your website?
Answer: No. The display that you see here is to let you see how our Personalized Auto Tags, Customized Vanity License Plates and License Plate Frames, Holders, Covers and Brackets look and to give you ideas for designing your own. If you'll tell us what you want to say on a Personalized License Plate, we will gladly design one especially for you.
Please Note: We do not print any profane, vulgar nor offensive text.
2. How much do Custom Auto Tags and Personalized License Plates cost?
Answer: Most of our License plates and frames are $16.95 each, made on your choice of colors and includes your customized text message. There's never an extra charge for stock graphics or engraved borders on the license plates or auto tags.
Shipping and handling charges are as follows: $4.95 for the
first License Plate or Frame. Each additional Plate or Frame in an order is only $2.00 extra, if all are being
shipped to the same US address, ordered on the same day and paid for at the same time. We charge a FLATE RATE fee of $1.00 per item on orders of 10 or more items being shipped to the same US address in any of the lower 48 states. Shipping is free on all bike plate orders to any US Address.
3. What are the Custom Auto Tags and license plates made of?
Answer: The Personalized License Plates and Custom Vanity Auto Tags that you see on our site are made of a UV and weather resistant engraving stock. This material has two colors....a surface color and a core color. We engrave through the surface color into the core color. These License Plates and Auto Tags are very durable and will last for years.
License plate frames are made of a durable metal alloy. The engraved text strips are made of the same engraving stock as the license plates and then attched to the metal frames with the very best 3M all weather adhesive on the market.
4. Do you have discounted prices for bulk orders?
Answer:Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. We do
Custom Auto Tags, license plates, frames, covers, holders and brackets for Churches, Civic Organizations,
Fire & Police Departments, Businesses, Clubs,

5. What type of payments do you accept?
Answer:We accept personal, business and cashiers checks, as well as money orders. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and E-Checks. All credit card and e-check tranactions are processed through Paypal.
6. How long does it take for you to fill my order?
Answer:In most cases orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your payment. Bulk orders and orders placed during busy seasons may take a few days longer. On the otherhand, sometimes, we're able to ship an order the day after we receive payment. Our goal is prompt, courteous and reliable service.
Everything that we sell is custom made and personalized. If you place an order with us please be sure to check your email for any questions that we may have about your order. There's a special info window on the order form page for each of our products. Please use that window to give us any special instructions about your order or to refer to a specific example on our website that you want your license plate or auto tag to look like.
7. What if my question isn't on this page?
Answer: Simply contact us. We'll be glad to answer any
questions that you may have. We respond promptly to all
inquires, usually within a few hours. We check our email frequently. However, we do sometimes take a day off! In that case, we'll respond when we get back.
8. What if your company makes a mistake when you make my license plate or frame?
Answer: Simply contact us. If the mistake is ours, we'll make a new licese plate or new text strips for the frames and send it out to you at no additional charge.
9. In your text policy you state that you do not print profane or vulgar text. What my First Amendment right to freedom of speech?
Answer: The First Amendment and freedom of speech deals only with prohibition of GOVERNMENT regulation of speech. For an excellent explaination of this issue please visit:
